Canberra Royal

Voltage.

It was their first Royal for our still green team of horses and they all struggled a little with the atmosphere, particularly Voltage and Cadiz who did not enjoy contending with the carriages barreling around right beside the ring. Voltage still managed a 5th in the Part 3 on Saturday while Cashmir just had a distracted rail. Both jumped great in the final class on Sunday but the speed demon took over in the jump-off, resulting in a rail or two. Cadiz jumped great in the final Part 1 class, but had a few rails heading towards those carriages. Fortunately the jousters had just finished their exciting display, which was also held adjacent to the jumping ring.
