National Titles

It's been a very positive start to the show in Werribee, with Voltage picking up a 3rd place in the huge Ruby Series on day one in cold damp conditions. The weather has been kinder today and the good resuts have just kept coming.

Cadiz was listed as first out in the draw for the 1.35 class, meaning an early start to be there and ready for the 8am start. Then there were late entries etc etc, but he finally got his turn and he was amazing. A beautiful text-book clear round except for the time fault.

Next class was the Ruby Series, featuring more classy double-clear rounds by both Voltage and Luke's Frosty, who finished 5th and 4th respectively in the huge class of 80+.

Visage was further represented in this class by Visual Laughter ridden by owner/breeder and eventer Rob Palm, and Colourbond ridden by Sarah Louise MacMillan, both of whom looked very flash. Verdi and Tallara Barwick also carried the flag, and had the last rail down in an otherwise beautiful round. Meanwhile Wallaroo Carnival and Coco Dulhunty were in the main ring finishing 3rd in the competitive Young Rider class, which places them in the lead in that series leading into the final.
