Nations Cup Final, CSIO Barcelona

Vedor.

Eighteen nations were represented in the first round of the Nations Cup Final in Barcelona last night, and competition was tough. The course was big with plenty of tricky questions which saw a few experienced combinations come to grief. Julia and Vedor were second out for Australia, and they did us proud with just one rail down and a time fault. Edwina and Ego van Orti were our first starters, with three down. Then Evie Buller and Stanley made their debut at this level of competition and made a few rookie mistakes. James Paterson-Robinson and Amarillo also had a few down, which meant Australia was out of contention for the Final tomorrow. But the team heads into the Consolation Final this evening.
